Part 4 of the 5 part series Tokyo Rising, the Pharrell x Palladium Boots collaboration, features the very eclectic style of the Harajuku culture. Interviewees featured in the episode explain the draw to the style, and the history of it - it was actually a result of the end of war ridden Japan.
