So I was at the gym reading the October issue of The Skateboard Mag when I nearly walked off the treadmill upon coming to pages S064-S065. In all fairness I had really wondered how the Girl guys were going to outdo Fully Flared, and truly didn't really think it was possible. Especially after the unofficial follow-up to the Fully Flared explosions, which was Lakai's 2010 Skate and Create video where literally the whole set was on fire. But evidently Girl is friends with James Cameron and while JC was working on Avatar, the skate crew was working on this. It's Unbeleafable. (See what I did there?) The film debuted back in June at theaters across the country, but you can check out the entire 11 minute film right here. The first skateboard video to ever be filmed on the Phantom 65-Z3D, according to David Wilton Atkinson; he also stated this 11 minutes is, "the only reason to buy a 3D TV". Keeping in true form to all Girl productions, the music wasn't bad. Original Score, 'Solid Woods', composed and produced by Alberto Bof, and credits song 'Bury Your Bones' by Baron feat. Hesta Prynn. Want to know how I know that? I watched the credits in s u p e r s l o w m o . And then I realized they printed them all right here.
